ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน PJ Soft

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Thai ID Card Reader app, you agree to these terms.

License

PJ Soft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business purposes.

Permitted Use

You may use this app to:

Read Thai National ID cards with compatible USB smart card readers
Display card information on your device
Integrate with authorized web applications via the local API

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Use the app for identity fraud or illegal purposes
Attempt to bypass security features
Reverse engineer or modify the app
Redistribute the app without permission

Hardware Requirements

Desktop: Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, or Linux with PC/SC support
USB smart card reader (PC/SC compatible)
Thai National ID card

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PJ SOFT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Incompatible card readers
Damaged or unreadable ID cards
Data accuracy from the ID card
Any misuse of the card data

Limitation of Liability

PJ Soft shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
